Jonathan Anderson continues to find his footing as creative director of Christian Dior. The revered British designer picked up from where Maria Grazia Chiuri left off when appointed the top creative figurehead of the fabled French fashion house in June 2025. After his highly anticipated womenswear debut during Paris Fashion Week and the 2025 Lady Dior campaign, Anderson’s inaugural mainline Dior campaign for the Spring 2026 season is here. Remaining on the books for another campaign outing is photographer David Sims, who captures models Laura Kaiser, Saar Mansvelt Beck, and Sunday Rose. Throughout the campaign (captured both in color and black and white), the girls are joined by Greta Lee, Kylian Mbappé, Louis Garrel, and Paul Kircher.
The Christian Dior Spring 2026 Campaign
Read below the reactions of theFashionSpot’s forum members:
“When they realized it’s tiving Uniqlo, so they turned some pics into black and white to elevate. But it ain’t working. Lame and dull,” declared an unforgiving 90sfan.
“The B&W pictures are so unnecessary… what a mess. So disappointed also by Anderson choosing David Sims,” Creative wrote.
“Boring, sloppy, and lazy,” described forum member vogueparis.
Royal-Galliano wasn’t impressed either. “Very pedestrian and department store. The problem is that the collection has already been so overexposed that I can’t stand seeing it anymore. The campaign brings nothing new to the table,” they commented.
“Nicole Kidman’s daughter [Sunday Rose] looks so out of place and ruins the entire thing,” ranted a disapproving cheapthrills.
Helmutnotdead described the word “flop” to describe the outcome.
