This corrective insoles are applicable whether you have pronation or supination, X-shaped legs or O-shaped legs, long or short legs.
One pair insoles has 6 wedge-shaped gel insoles, including two wedge-shaped gel insoles covered with velvet and four transparent gel insoles for height adjustment. You can combine them at will and adjust them to a height you feel comfortable with. The height of each heel insole is 0.5cm/0.2inch, which is suitable for most adults.
