A: Shake the wax up and down. If it flows as smoothly as water, it is fully melted.

Q: Why wax strips do not pull up hairs?

A: First please dry the skin before waxing. The wax is not soluble in water. Second, the wax must be fully melted. The wax doesn’t wrap the hairs if it is not melted completely.
