Megan Thee Stallion’s Colorblocked Mani Is Perfect For Fall

Throughout Megan Thee Stallion’s Hot Girl Summer Tour, we were getting a new ornate manicure from the singer weekly, and we’ve missed her long, intricate nail looks that are often bejeweled with crystals or gemstones. The singer stepped out in New York last night and we’re so back: Her chic colorful square nails are perfect for fall nights out.

On October 21, the Golden Heart Awards were held at NYC’s Cathedral Church of St. John the Divine and featured appearances from the cast of Sex and the City, Michael Kors, and of course, Megan Thee Stallion. For the occasion, the Megan singer paired a simple LBD with a pretty prom updo and a bright mismatched manicure.

When it comes to the rapper’s manicures, no two are ever the same, but you can always count on the star to experiment with colors, textures, and 3D details. As the fun pop of color to her otherwise neutral outfit, Megan’s long square-shaped manicure featured a jelly-like sheer wash of neon color on each nail. Her pointer finger was pink and detailed with a silver gem border, her middle finger on one hand featured a double French design with black and pink, while the other middle finger donned abstract layers of color. It was as though she was wearing a modern art painting on her nails.

For glam, Stallion tried on one of fall’s biggest hair trends: the ’90s updo. She opted for ringlet curls swept back into a high messy updo with a few strands left out to frame her temples. Her glam was soft and glowy with a thick black winged eyeliner being the centerpiece of her makeup. The look was complete with bronzed cheeks and a brown glossy lip combination.
