Chlöe Bailey Cut Her Long Locs Into a Cute Bob For Fall

As a bonafide hair chameleon, Chlöe Bailey has tried it all. The singer has experimented with pretty topknots, long braids, straight strands—you name it. However, she just did what we thought couldn’t be done, and surprised us with a hairstyle we’ve never seen from the star.

On November 13, Bailey revealed her latest hair change for the fall on her Instagram story, posting a video showing off her new short style: The loc bob. She traded the long locs she’d been wearing throughout fall for a chin-length bob style, hopping on one of fall’s biggest hair trends.

Who hasn’t cut a bob this year? The trend has dominated throughout 2024 and especially this fall, with everyone from Selena Gomez, Kendall Jenner, and Kim Kardashian putting their twist on the style. For Bailey’s take on the haircut, she parted her hair in a deep side part, keeping her locs but chopping them into a true bob length. While revealing the style she had one question: “You like my hair like this?” she asked her followers. And to that we say, yes, yes we do.

Bailey is known for her locs, but has worn them in longer styles throughout the summer months. At the start of the cooler season, bangs and bobs were neck and neck in the race for the most popular hairstyle, but, it looks as though bobs have taken the lead as we head into the winter months.
