Ice Spice Tried On Jet-Black Curls For The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show

Among the iconic models and performers at last night’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show was a star-studded guest list. Cardi B made an appearance, Dylan Sprouse cheered on model Barbara Palvin from the sidelines, and Ice Spice arrived with an unexpected (but fitting) hair change.

Blonde is so in for fall that it’s almost shocking. Forget the days of cowboy copper or chocolate brown, going lighter for the cooler months is the unexpected hair color trend taking over. And, in true trendsetter fashion, Spice did the opposite, trading her light auburn locks for a cool jet-black color.

The singer got the goth girl fall memo—her new style simply swapped her orange hue for a sleek jet-black color. She kept her super bouncy curls in her usual short length for a very low-key new hair reveal. In a sea of new blondes, the 24-year-old’s change was the seasonal refresh we were waiting for.

In true Victoria’s Secret Angel fashion, Spice kept her glam simple and glowy, letting her new hair (and sheer slip) be the statement of her look. She opted for a nude eyeshadow look complete with perfected winged eyeliner and wispy lashes. The soft glam was complete with a nude lip combination and a pop of subtle pink blush on the cheeks.

Of course, she dressed up for the occasion. Spice infused her edgy flair into a sheer sequin slip dress that she paired with a big fluffy pink coat and Marc Jacobs Kiki Boots. The ribbon-on-top (literally!) was her sequined bow clutch.
