Must Read Before Using Check if your hair color and skin tone is applicable. While using fast mode or switching to higher treatment mode, please do a skin test on your arms first. If there is no discomfort after 24 hours, you can start to use this mode. Won’t Turn On It’s not a wireless device. 1. Verify that the device is connected to the power source via adapter. 2. Then press the power button on the side of the device to turn it on. Auto Shutdown 1. The device will automatically shut down after 3 minutes of inactivity, reboot it and start. 2. After 30 minutes of continuous use, the device will automatically shut down, wait for 5 minutes and reboot it. Won’t Flash 1. Keep your skin dry. 2. Make sure the lighting window is completely covering your skin and the hair removal sensing indicator is on 3. Then press the treatment button. Burning Smell Shave any hair longer than 2mm before using to prevent the flash from burning the surface hair and producing a burn smell and burn feeling. Light Window Excessive Heat 1. Check if your skin tone is applicable. 2. Make sure to shave off the hair more than 2mm. 3. After turning on the device, let it stand for about 30s to pre-cool, there will be water mist on the lighting window. 4. Make sure the lighting window is completely covering your skin. Not Getting Expected Results 1. Check if your hair color and skin tone is applicable. 2. Shave any hair longer than 2mm before using to focus on hair follicles. 3. Do the treatment every 2 days for first 4 weeks and treat each area 2-3 times. 4. Increase the treatment level as long as it’s comfortable.
